Minnesota Board of Private Detective & Protective Agent Services

Per MN Stat. 326.3381 Subd.2(1): All license applicants must be publicly posted for 20 days prior to each monthly Licensing Committee meeting.

The following applications for license to do business as a private detective, protective agent or both, in the State of Minnesota have been received by the Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services and have been filed under the provisions of MN Statutes §326.32-326.339.

All applications submitted after above deadline will not be on the Licensing Committee meeting agenda. Being on the below list is not a guarantee that your application will be reviewed before the next meeting date. The application process time is generally 60–90 days.
